Course Description:
During this online course, participants will network with peers and discuss the role of caregivers/teachers in maintaining a child’s connection to the home. In order to provide culturally consistent and sensitive care, caregivers/teachers must have the knowledge and skill to resolve differences. Discuss ways to express interest and openness to families’ ways of doing things and to develop skill in resolving differences with families.
