Course Description:
Trying to sell your house in today's economy takes preparation and understanding of the home-buying climate in your area. You need to know what is important to meet your buyer's expectations. You also need to determine whether you wish to list your house on your own or list with a real estate agent. This workshop will provide you with information on how to prepare, stage, and sell your house.
This Seminar Will Address
- Initial planning and preparation for selling your house.
- Selling options through a realtor or on your own.
- House inspections - finding the necessary repairs before you sell.
- Home staging - how to clean, declutter and showcase your home.
