NDSU DCE RELOCATES TO UNIVERSITY DRIVE

NDSU Distance and Continuing Education (DCE) relocated August 6, 2008 from the NDSU Engineering and Technology Building to 1919 North University Drive in Fargo. All DCE phone numbers or emails will remain the same for the new location. Convenient parking is located at the front of the office.

The office has a prominent location on University Drive. The new office will feature a production studio and a classroom. "The production studio will provide faculty with a quiet, private space to capture course material," said Lisa Nordick, Assistant Dean of DCE. Faculty will be able to record audio and video data. Classroom space will be utilized for activities and scheduled around course needs.

Distance and Continuing Education is an outreach unit at North Dakota State University that makes the resources of the institution available in a variety of traditional and non-traditional ways, including distance-based education. The Department's general mission is to provide opportunities for learning experiences whenever the need for such opportunities has been established by individuals or companies. It provides these opportunities by organizing and coordinating efforts of various university units or contracting agencies.
