 Learn the FACTS of Resilience!

Resilience is the ability to "bounce back and adapt" to difficult life events.  Resilience is a set of coping skills that anyone can learn and improve throughout a lifetime.  In this workshop, you will learn how to recognize your own resilience skills, how to build your resilience, and how to help family and friends become more resilient.

Presented by Dr. Katherine O'Neill former faculty member in the NDSU Psychology Department.
