Discussion of action steps for which Council has some responsibility
. Team reviewed action steps and discussed timelines

o NDSU Trainers are scheduled to train with the College of Pharmacy in Jan.
o Any Diversity Council members who have not attended these trainings in the past are encouraged to attend.
. Safe Zone trainings are held once a month.
One next step is deciding how to document how we are meeting the expectations of the strategic plan. It was suggested that people can e-mail event brochures and/or information to Kristina who will compile the documentation.

Update on bias/bigotry/hate response plan (Action Step 1.52)
o Icon created that may be used as link button on campus web pages. May add NDSU letters to make it unique to our campus.
o Response team membership. List of potential bias/bigotry/hate responders on handout.
o Get form posted on the web. List of potential web sites where there would be a link to the bias/bigotry/hate report form on handout.
o List of locations for hard copies of the report form on handout.
o Draft of "business card" and list of potential locations to place cards.
Put Diversity Council identification somewhere on the card.
o Sandy is talking to Nancy Lilliberg about somehow requiring an NDSU user ID and password in order to be able to access and use the form. If someone does not have a log in, they can be directed to where they can find and complete a hard copy of the form.
o Laminated flyers posted on campus is another way to publicize.
