To effectively meet the overall University education, research, and business needs, ECI provides leadership, planning, implementation and support for a wide range of centrally deployed services and resources, including
- networks
- servers
- applications
- databases
- storage
- end-user experience
- interaction/interconnectivity of each component
All aspects of the enterprise systems and infrastructure are guided by an IT architecture that uses best practices in acquiring, building, modifying, and interfacing IT resources throughout the enterprise.
These services are extended to support a broad spectrum of need for the North Dakota University System and the state of North Dakota.
Enterprise Computing and Infrastructure reports to the Office of the Vice President for Information Technology.
