Funds can be used for items such as 1) Graduate student summer stipend, 2) Field/Laboratory costs (including travel), 3) Travel to a short course. Funds may not be used for travel to a national/regional meeting. Grants will vary from $1000 to $3000, and all funds must be expended by June 30, 2009.
