North Dakota Professional Educators License Requrements
- Successfully pass the Pre-professional Skills Text (PPST - Praxis I)
- Reading minimum score: 173
- Writing minimum score: 173
- Mathematics minimum score: 170
- OR pass 2 of the 3 sections and earn a composite score of 516
- Complete an approved teacher education program (meeting all NDSU Teacher Education requirements)
- Complete all application materials including a background check. Materials can be found at www.state.nd.us/espb or from the Certification Officer in FLC 210
- Successfully pass the Praxis II (if required for content area)
