Scott Larkin, Graduate Instructor

Office: Minard 318E34

I am currently pursuing my graduate degree in literature. I received my bachelor degree in English from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, in 2009. During my undergraduate career, I presented at the National Undergraduate Literature Conference for two consecutive years and participated in a panel discussion at the M-MLA conference in 2008 with three of my professors. Aside from my academic pursuits, I teach two sections of English 120.

My research interests are varied and include: Gothic fiction, Victorian novels, Charles Dickens, vampire fiction (real vampire fiction — Twilight doesn’t count), British literature, modern and post-modern fiction, graphic novels, superheroes, and film adaptations. Basically, studying English legitimizes my geekiness.

Student Focused. Land Grant. Research University.
