INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE ELECTRONIC RECRUITMENT/ EMPLOYMENT CHECK
LIST The applicant's name, the position title, and number in the space provided
at the top. OPTIONAL information:
Items received from the applicant; this may be a convenient way to
keep track of materials received from a particular applicant but is
not required for nonbanded positions.
Complete one of the Recruitment Employment Check List forms for EACH applicant.
REQUIRED information:
Indication of whether the individual was selected for an interview.
For all applicants who are NOT interviewed, a specific reason for their
nonselection that is related to the advertised qualifications.
For positions subject to the ND Veteran's Preference Law, a ranking
in the box provided on the form. You need not provide a ranking for
others.
Signature of either the search committee chair or the department chair
on the bottom of the form.
