Facilities Management is responsible for the overall maintenance, operation and construction of campus facilities and utilities. The University's facilities encompass 258 acres and 88 buildings totaling approximately 3.28 million square feet. Our goal is to support the University's mission by providing well maintained, high quality facilities and services within a safe environment. The department's 163 employees are the key to our department's ability to provide customer focused service in all aspects of facilities management.
Current Projects
Minard Hall Renovation & Addition
This project consists of a complete interior remodel and exterior renovation of the historic portion of Minard Hall as well as minor remodeling of the 2002 “annex” addition on the campus of North Dakota State University.
