To serve the motor vehicle needs of the University, the ND Department of Transportation owns and maintains a fleet of various types of motor vehicles for conducting official business.  Vehicle assignments are made to departments for an indefinite period or on a trip-by-trip basis dependent upon the transportation needs and in accordance with NDSU Transportation Center & Motor Pool Policy.

 

 

Vehicle Reservations

State Fleet recognizes that many departments require the use of motor vehicles from time to time but do not need a vehicle permanently assigned. To meet this need, a fleet of vehicles is maintained for the needs of these departments.  Click here for more information about reserving a vehicle.

 

 

State Fleet Accident Report

All accidents must be reported to the Motor Pool and the State Fleet Vehicle Accident Report must be completed for all accidents even if no other vehicles are involved.
