All orders will be held at the reservations table for pick-up before show time unless we are directed to do otherwise.
We regret that no refunds can be made. Exchanges may be made up until 4:30 pm on the evening of the performance if tickets are still available. There is a $1 per ticket handling charge for exchanges.
Beckwith Recital Hall events are free of charge, unless otherwise noted.
Festival Concert Hall ensemble performances are $5 for adults and $2 for students and seniors, unless otherwise noted.

Special Needs Accessibility
Festival Concert Hall, Beckwith Recital Hall, and Askanase Hall are wheelchair accessible. Special needs parking for Festival Concert Hall and Beckwith Recital Hall events is located in the T2 lot west of the Music Education Building. Special needs parking for Askanse Hall and the Walsh Studio Theatre is located at the southwest corner of Askanase Hall. The special needs accessible doorway to Askanase is located at the northeast corner of the building.
Special seating is available for people in wheelchairs, walkers, or with limited mobility. To make arrangements, call the Division of Fine Arts Box Office at (701) 231-7969.
Assistive listening devices and large print programs are available upon request. Please make your request to the Division of Fine Arts Box Office at least 48 hours before the performance.
