A North Dakota native, guitarist Jon Rudolph earned a Bachelor of Music Performance degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2004. A current faculty member at Valley City State University, Valley City Community School of the Arts, North Dakota State University and Minnesota State University Moorhead, he also teaches at Red Star Guitar in Fargo.

While studying Jazz and Classical guitar styles at MSUM, Jon spent most weekends playing in local rock, country and blues bands, including Sour Mash, The Sam Bass Band and Flashback. He currently serves as the guitarist for Post Traumatic Funk Syndrome, a twelve-piece horn band which includes music faculty members from NDSU, MSUM and Concordia College in Moorhead.
Jon Rudolph also teaches at International Music Camp during “Garage Band Week” and “Guitar Week.”
