Madrigal Dinners
The Madrigal Dinners are a complete evening of Renaissance dining and entertainment, with holiday music by the Madrigal Singers. Herald trumpets will announce the events of the evening, and dinner music will feature solos and ensembles made up of members of the Madrigal Singers.
The hearty and delicious meal, which has been researched for authenticity, is prepared by the NDSU dining services and consists of traditional holiday fare – entrée choice of beef or chicken served with potatoes, vegetables, fruit, breads and a delicious dessert.
