Swenson Exhibition at Sam Houston State

David Swenson, Associate Professor with NDSU Visual Arts, has been invited to participate in an exhibition at the Gaddis Geeslin Gallery at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. Swenson is collaborating with Min Kim Park, the 2009 NDSU Rosenquist Artist in Residence, for this exhibition. This collaboration is a continuation of Park's Zummarella project amalgamated with the idea of psychological portraits. To this end, Swenson will cast large-scale heads out of paper and Park is creating video and large-scale photos to accompany the sculptures. The exhibition is open October 7-30.
