Southard Appointed DSU Music Chair

Dr. Bruce Southard, 2008 graduate of North Dakota State University Music, has been appointed Chair of the Department of Music at Dickinson State University.  He will continue to serve as interim chair until August 1, 2012, when his appointment officially begins. 

Southard received his D.M.A. in Choral Conducting from NDSU Music in 2008.  In addition to his duties as interim chair, he has served as Associate Professor/Director of Choral and Vocal Activities at Dickinson State University.
