Dear Target Survey Group,
The NDSU Group Decision Center (GDC) staff invites you to participate in an important project by completing a survey. The survey's purpose is to educate survey makers on the types of questions we have and how they can be used. We invite you to take this survey and appreciate the time that you put into it.
The survey itself is 27 questions that will ask you some general and demographic information. Your responses are completely anonymous with absolutely no way of identifying any participants, you may end participation at any time without penalty. The average time to take the survey is 5 to 10 minutes, and your responses will help us to provide better surveys in the future.
To get to our survey simply click on the link below, or paste it into your browser. If you have any questions or comments about the survey you may reach us by email at ndsu.gdc@ndsu.nodak.edu or by phone at 701.231.6414. There will also be a question at the end of the survey about improvements, and we would appreciate any feedback you might give us.
