NDSU Policy 100.2: Use of Service Animals

NDSU seeks to accommodate persons with disabilities, as defined by law, who rely on the assistance of a service animal. A "service animal," as defined by the American's with Disabilities Act (ADA), means a guide dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.
