Landlord and Tenant Rights in North Dakota

Almost everyone rents living space at some time in their life, but not everyone knows their rights and responsibilities as a tenant. What can make it more confusing is that the law can be changed by the terms of the lease. There are two brochures that have been published that should help both landlords and tenants become more informed about their responsibilities and legal rights.
