Graduate School

The North Dakota State University Graduate Student Association (GSA) is the representative voice of all graduate students at NDSU.

The GSA is an excellent way to get involved in improving graduate life at NDSU and an opportunity not only to network with others but to share your ideas.  This organization offers excellent opportunities for service and development of professional and leadership skills. The group meets twice each month and more information is available at http://www.ndsugsa.com/.  Students may also contact Nimish Dharmadhikari, president, at nimish.dharmadhikari@ndsu.edu.

Multi-Ethnic Affinity Group

Multi-ethnic students are encouraged to participate in a subgroup of the GSA, called the Multi-Ethnic Affinity Group, which meets once per month.  More information about this group is available by contacting Mbang Umanah at mbang.umanah@ndsu.edu.

Graduate Prism Affinity Group

Graduate Prism is a social group for LGBTQ people and allies that fosters a safe space to talk primarily about issues and topics related to being LGBTQ in the community and about being a graduate student. For more information check out the website: http://www.ndsu.edu/lgbtq/groups_and_meetings/graduate_prism/ or contact Jared Kellerman or Lindsey Boes.
