Becoming a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Affirmative Clinician.


Initial training.

Free training is available for licensed Family Therapists, Psychologists, Counselors, and Clinical Social Workers. Learn skills and practices associated with LGBT affirmative therapy in clinical settings. Instructed by the NDSU Couple and Family Therapy Program faculty - Dr. Tom Stone Carlson, Dr. Christi McGeorge, and Dr. Kristen Benson. Contact the FTC Clinic Coordinator Michelle Pearson for questions or more information. Participants will receive 3 free CEU's for attending this training.
