A reminder that direct deposit advices will no longer be printed for NDSU employees beginning with the January 14, 2011 payday.
Employees can access their paycheck and other information in Employee Self Service in Oracle/PeopleSoft HRMS. Employees access the HRMS login screen from the NDSU homepage at “Faculty/Staff”, there is a link under the Human Resources heading called “Employee Self Service”.
Employees who do not know their User ID and/or Password for HRMS need to contact the NDUS Help Desk at 866-457-6387. Please remember if you are calling from an on-campus phone line, you will need to dial 9-1-866-457-6387.
January informational sessions on navigating through Employee Self Service are being held Thursday, January 13 at 2:00 PM in the Hidatsa Room of the Memorial Union and Friday, January 21 at 9 AM in the Hidatsa Room of the Memorial Union. There will also be a WIMBA session recorded in the near future to assist off-campus employees with navigation through Employee Self Service.
There is an Employee Self Service PowerPoint on the Vice President for Finance & Administration’s website for those unable to attend informational sessions. The link to that PowerPoint is: www.ndsu.edu/vpfa/training/
Staff from the HR/Payroll office will be available on Friday, January 14 in a computer cluster in Morrill Hall 111 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM to assist employees with viewing their direct deposit advice for that payday. Employees can stop in any time during those hours for assistance. Employees will need to know their User ID and Password before coming to the computer cluster, HR/Payroll staff will not be able to assist employees who do not know their User ID/Password information.
