Online Employment System (PeopleAdmin) Training Sessions
A full training session for the Online Employment System (PeopleAdmin) will be held on Friday, March 28th, from 8:30 AM - 11:30 PM in Burdick 114 (formerly IACC). This course is ideal for new users or users who are not utilizing the system on a regular basis.
Areas covered will include:
- Recruiting office contact information
- Workflow (Request to Recruit and Request to Offer)
- Request to Recruit
- Approval process
- Viewing applicant information
- Applicant Reviewer role
- Request to Offer (Hiring Proposal)
An additional training course is scheduled for Friday, March 21st, from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM in Ehly 119, for mid-level to intermediate users. The training will provide a quick overview of the items listed in the full training session and allow users who have current, or upcoming positions the opportunity to work on those items, ask questions, and have immediate assistance available. Please bring any related information on postings or hiring proposals to the training session.
