The IME Department offers students a curriculum that can be applied to real-world situations and along with that it also offers several lab facilities. The department maintains ten laboratories equipped:

• CNC Laboratory
• Electronics & Precision Manufacturing Laboratory
• Human Factors Laboratory
• Injection Molding/ Material Laboratory
• Project Management Laboratory
• Production/ Process Laboratory
• Rapid Prototyping Laboratory
• Simulation Laboratory
• Welding Technology Laboratory

IME students also have access to state-of-the-art microelectronics clean room manufacturing and inspection apparatus.
