Biography

I live in Dickinson
and I teach sophomores and juniors at the public high school here. My
wife and I have lived here for the past three years and we just had our
first child, a boy named Kaden, in Sept.
That has kept both of us pretty busy for the lst
8 months. Now I'm ready to get back to school and finish my masters degree. I
am working towards a master in history education and I have 6 more credits
to go after completing this class. I
am excited about this class for 2 main reasons, One, it is an online course,
which makes things a lot easier for me being from Dickinson. Two, I used to live
about a mile or two away from one of the ghost towns on the list, Merricourt. I was very little when we lived
there, but we only moved about twelve miles farther down the road, so I
grew up in the area. It is exciting to know you will be researching
something so closely connected to you and your childhood.
