Can I take more than 20 credits?

Maybe. You can request approval with a "Petition for More Than 20 Credits," which you can pick up at the office of the Registrar, Ceres 110. Or access it online from this page. It's a short and simple form.

It requires my signature, and my approval will depend on whether you have a good reason for taking more than 20 credits and whether you have a record that shows you can handle it. (If your cumulative GPA at NDSU is not at least 2.5, don't bother asking.)

When you have my signature, you turn the form in to the Registrar.
