Jessica Clark

Jessica Clark earned her BA from Central Washington University in History Broad Area: Secondary Education in 2002. In December 2004 she graduated from North Dakota State University with her MA in Modern European History. Her thesis research focused on Modern Germany, while incorporating social, educational, and oral history. On January 1, 2005, she started NDSU's PhD program as the Theresa Mack Fellow. With this position, she will conduct oral history interviews for the Germans from Russia Heritage Collection. She plans to utilize the information obtained from these interviews in her dissertation on the childhood and family life of Germans from Russia. Her research interests include (20th-century) Rural History, Social History, and European History.
