1. Be prepared to tell what the case is about (relevant factual circumstances of the case) DO NOT READ THE CASE TO THE CLASS!
2. Be able to tell what issue or issues the court is to decide.
3. Be able to tell the decision of each court that heard the case, ie trial court, court of appeals, supreme court.
4. Be able to discuss the ethical theory of the plaintiff, defendant and the final court decision.

A written report stating the items listed above is to be handed in on the day the case is covered. failure to be prepared or to have the written report will result in loss of points for each group member.
