Student Advertisements
Are you looking for a roommate, an apartment, or do you have an apartment you wish to share with someone else? Do you have items or a car you wish to sell?
If you wish to advertise, please fill out the form, below. We will then post it on the Student Advertisements section of the OIP website. Thank you!
Please be careful when dealing with people who answer your posting if you are seeking a roommate. People that may answer your post for a roommate may not be an NDSU student or affiliated with NDSU. If you find that they send additional documents from what you may request (i.e. if you request a deposit for an apartment and they send more money than you requested or two checks), it is a sign that the person may be trying to commit fraud to get money from you).
Follow these guidelines when submitting your posting:
- Postings should be contained to one brief paragraph. Messages may be edited to include only the necessary information.
- Contact information should be limited to email addresses only. We cannot post phone numbers for privacy reasons.
- You must have a valid NDSU email address in order to post on this website.
- No pictures/attachments. If someone responds to your ad, please email the attachment to them directly.
