Documents Required to Issue Graduate I-20

Upon acceptance from the NDSU Graduate School, a copy of your admission letter will be sent to the Office of International Programs. Before your new I-20 can be issued, please complete the steps below:

  1. Submit Graduate I-20 Application online
  2. Click the Apply Now button on "Program Brochure: Information" page
  3. Follow User Identification Wizard steps to create a new user account
  4. Check your email for a temp password and use the "Non-NDSU Login" link to complete I-20 application items
  5. Print off and sign the Signature Verification Form
  6. Send the form as a scanned file by Skype, email, or fax to our office
  7. Submit all items listed under your Graduate I-20 Application
