Housing Options
Students who desire university housing in residence halls must make
on-campus housing arrangements by indicating this interest on the housing application, or by directly contacting Residence Life. The university operates 15 on-campus residence halls for single students, and family housing with one and two bedroom units. Students should make apply for university housing as early as possible, as assignments are made in order of receipt of application and housing deposit.
Click here to apply for on-campus housing. Please note: there is no on-campus housing available before Wednesday, January 2, 2013.

Unless students apply for and are officially assigned a university housing unit, they must secure off-campus housing upon arrival. On-campus housing is only guaranteed for first-year students. Often students must stay in a local motel or hotel if on-campus housing cannot be obtained immediately. To be considered for off campus housing, all first-year students (those who have not taken previous post-secondary coursework) must submit a Living Off Campus Request at least 30 days prior to your arrival.
More info about off-campus housing opportunities available from the City of Fargo.
