Following your Return

  1. Forward the Study Abroad Program Evaluation forms to the Office of International Programs. OIP will forward the summary to DCE.
  2. Meet with the person who will reconcile your account, DCE if applicable (refer to Appendix 2 regarding the policy on refunding overages).
  3. Return your Purchasing Card to Purchasing (unless it is a departmental card).
  4. Submit your final report to the International Advisory Council (within 60 days of your return). Include in the report:
    • a list of all participants
    • a copy of your final itinerary
    • a statement of the program's total expenditures
    • a general assessment of your program
Submit an original of the report and one electronic copy (Kerri Spiering, Memorial Union 116, kerri.spiering@ndsu.edu).

And Now....

You've done it! You've provided a group of students with a life-changing learning experience, one that could never have been accomplished on the home campus. In the process, perhaps you've learned what you'd like to try next on another group study abroad program. And when you're ready, the staff at the Office of International Programs will be waiting to help you do it again.
