Friendship Family Program (FFP)

Accepting Applications

The FFP seeks to promote international understanding by bringing together Fargo-Moorhead area families or individuals and international students that attend NDSU.

World iView Speaker Series

February 25th

Topics with an international focus are presented to the NDSU and Fargo-Moorhead community. Speakers include faculty, staff and community members who will share their experiences on a broad range of global themes.

Employment Seminars

Employment Seminars are for F-1 students interested in Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT).

Ski Trip

February 27th

Day trip to Andes Tower Hills in Alexandria, MN for a day of skiing.

Tax Seminars

The Office of International Programs (OIP) sponsors a tax seminar each Spring semester to assist international students.Tax deadline is April 15.

Speakers' Fair

March 15th-19th

International students visit local elementary, junior high and high schools. Students will present information and show items from their home countries.

Tri-College Welcome Dinner

Sunday, September 20

All international students, scholars, and their families from NDSU, MSUM, and Concordia College are invited to attend. The event is sponsored by Rotary Clubs of Fargo-Moorhead.

Come to the OIP to sign up - cost is $1 per person. If you need a ride, please indicate this on the sign-up form. Vans will depart the MU parking lot at 4:15pm on Sept. 20 for the dinner.
