International Undergraduate Application Checklist


Please use this convenient checklist to ensure complete and accurate list to assist you when submitting your application materials.

___ International Undergraduate Application


___ Application fee of $35 USD payable to North Dakota State University


___ Official TOEFL or IELTS exam results send directly by the testing agency (TOEFL school code for NDSU= 6474)


___ Official secondary marks for all years at secondary and higher secondary school (must be signed/certified by the school/institution itself)


___ Official secondary/senior secondary exam results signed/certified by the school/institution itself (if applicable)


___ Official post-secondary marks from all institutions attended*(if applicable)


___ Official course descriptions for all post-secondary coursework


___ The Financial Certification Form completed for all years of study


___ Official bank statements showing funding for one year of study


___ Copy of the photo/biography page in your passport


___ Academic and Cultural Sharing Scholarship application


___ Two letters of recommendation (accompanying scholarship)

**If you have completed two years or more of post-secondary coursework, you are not required to submit your secondary school marks.
