Software Available in Clusters
Please see the tables below for software available in the NDSU public computer clusters. Most programs are available in all clusters; the table also provides notes on software that is available only in limited clusters. The copies column refers to the number of licences that are available in the clusters; for example, there are only 30 copies of Adobe InDesign CS2 v4, and if they are all in use at the same time, the thirty-first person trying to use it would receive an error message saying, "All Licenses in Use. Please Wait or Try Again Later."

* ESRI ArcGIS is due to be released in the third quarter of 2008 and will be installed in the clusters in the 2009-2010 academic year.
** AutoDesk has replaced Autodesk VIZ with 3D Studio Design in the 2009 release. 3D Studio Design will not be installed in clusters unless requested by a department through the software request form.
