Update: Email accounts now available
NDSU email accounts are now available. You can now log in using your NDSU email address and the password associated with your NDSU electronic ID.

If you use a mobile device or email client on your computer to connect to email, you may need to delete and recreate account on your device.

You may initially see only messages that were sent after the migration began on Friday. All other message will be moved into your account during the remainder of the migration window.

NDSU Email Migration

NDSU employee email accounts will soon be merged into the NDSU student email system. After this process is complete, all NDSU students, faculty and staff will be one NDSU-managed Microsoft Office 365 email and calendar system.

The NDSU employee email migration will begin at 4 p.m. on Friday, July 18.

Important information about your password:

After the merge is complete, students and employees will use the password associated with their NDSU electronic ID to log in to their NDSU email account and other Office 365 services.

Prepare for the merge:

Employees: We strongly recommend you shut down your computer completely before 4 p.m. on July 18 to ensure your client is not actively checking for mail during the migration.

Changes to your account:

Both students and employees will be affected by this email merge. Find out more about what will happen to your account(s) before, during and after:
