Update Your Mobile Device for Office 365
Following the Office 365 upgrade, your mobile device will require you to update the server address Office 365 account.
Note: If you are unable to access your Office 365 email on your mobile device even after changing the server address, we recommend you remove the account and add it back to your mobile device. Instructions for configuring your mobile device to access your Office 365 account can be found here.
Android
- Touch Menu > Settings from any Email screen.
- Touch your NDSU email account
- Swipe down the menu and touch Incoming settings
- Change the server address to m.outlook.com
- Click Done
iOS
- Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Tap your NDSU email account
- Change the Server to m.outlook.com
- Tap Next
Windows Phones
- On Start, flick left to the App list, tap Settings and then tap email + accounts.
- Tap your NDSU email account
- Change the Server to m.outlook.com
- Tap sign in
BlackBerry
- No action is required. You BlackBerry will resume receiving email and calendar entries Monday, September 24th.
