Getting Started

Create Clicker Questions
Because the TurningPoint AnyWhere software floats on top of other applications without having to be an add-on, it is very simple to create clicker question lessons. Using a Word Document:
Populate a Word Document with your questions and answers, adding to it as the semester goes by. You can store the document in Blackboard, but not make it available to the students.
When in class, bring up the Word document and place the TurningPoint Anywhere launchpad next to the question. Poll the class and the software will take a screen shot of the question and answers for that polling.
Eventually you can indicate what the correct answers are in the Word document and let the students use it for review.
Using PowerPoint
Populate your PowerPoint slides with questions and answers. In class, position the TurningPoint AnyWhere Launchpad on the PowerPoint slide and poll the students. The software will take a screen shot of the question and answers for that polling.
Using the TurningPoint AnyWhere Question Lists

Using any Application
Whatever application you normally use in your discipline can be the backdrop to your clicker questions. Just place the TurningPoint AnyWhere launchpad by anything on the screen and ask the question. It could be an Excel spreadsheet, and Autocad screen, a procedure in Photoshop - it's limitless!
