Landscaping 101
Just like a well-planned garden, effective teaching involves careful landscaping.
While investigating these concepts we’ll be introduced to our first tool of the workshop – OneNote 2010 – right away. We'll use OneNote as a place to store your notes throughout the two days in a collaborative space so that at the end of the 2nd day, it will be easy for your group to organize a presentation. See how you could use OneNote with your students as well!
Jeff Boyer from the College of Math and Sciences will share "the Four C's" to give us a foundation to build upon.
The Four C's:
- Create
- Collaborate
- Communicate
- Curate
Jeff will show us how important it is for instructors to be comfortable with at least one technology tool for each of the four C's.
