Technology Options During the Flood
Published: 18 March 2011 04:00 PM

As rivers threaten the area once again, NDSU faculty face the possibility of lost class time or at least increased absenteeism. We don’t want to “flood” you with options, but if you or a large number of your students can’t attend class, coping suggestions are available at http://www.ndsu.edu/its/flood. This web page links to online tutorials and instructions on how to save your class if/when the flood hits.

The Instructional Services team offers “Triage” services during this uncertain time:

  • We’ll work with you to identify best solutions (online content, discussions, tests, recordings)
  • We’ll arrange for any equipment you need (microphones, video, studio space)
  • We’ll come to your office to help you use the technology (Blackboard, Wimba, media)

How can you receive these “Triage” services?

A team member will contact you to set up a consultation and work sessions.
