Campuswide outage will affect classroom and cluster Windows computer login

NDSU faculty, students and staff will be unable to log in to classroom and cluster Windows computers using their NDSU electronic ID and password during a system upgrade that will begin at 10 p.m. Wednesday, June 20.

ITS anticipates that the upgrade process could last through Friday, June 22. Updates regarding the timeline will be forthcoming.

Faculty and staff who need access to classroom or cluster Windows computers during the upgrade should check their NDSU email for more information or contact the IT Help Desk.

Mac computers will be available for use in IACC 150, Library 118 and Renaissance 420. Students who are unable to complete their academic work using a Mac computer should contact the IT Help Desk at 231-8685 or ndsu.helpdesk@ndsu.edu
