The Mac computer cluster in IACC 150D has been relocated to Minard 336.
The new cluster in Minard 336, which includes 15 Mac computers, is reservable for classes and open from 6 a.m. – 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Additional Mac computers are located in Library 118, Renaissance Hall 420, and in the main cluster in IACC 150. Hours and details for these locations are available at:
www.ndsu.edu/its/clusters_classroom_technology/cluster_hours.
The cluster move is part of a project to install a new state-of-the-art instructional technologies training facility in IACC 150D.
Scheduled to be completed in February, the facility will provide space for training with new technologies including interactive whiteboards, Smart display panels, Tegrity lecture capture, and student response "clicker" technologies. It will house 20 student Windows computers, additional space for trainees who bring their own devices, and an instructor podium equipped with a Windows computer and all standard instrumented classroom equipment.
The space will replace the ITS training room currently located in IACC 246 that is used for TLMC technology workshops and Instructional Services training.
