Campus power outage on Monday night

A campus power outage on Monday night interrupted access to the wired and wireless network in the majority of campus buildings.
The outage began at around 9:30 p.m. By 11:30 p.m., 95 percent of campus buildings were back online.
Backup generators ensured that the core network, telecommunications voice technologies, and servers for central IT systems continued to operate during the outage.
