Office 365 deleted items and junk email purge

Microsoft has activated a 30-day automatic delete cycle for email messages in the Junk and Deleted Items folders in Office 365.
Beginning April 3, messages that have been in the Junk or Deleted Items folders in Office 365 for more than 30 days will be deleted automatically.
Messages or attachments in these folders that need to be kept for records retention or other purposes should be moved to another location in the mailbox.
Once messages are purged from the Junk or Deleted Items folders, they can be recovered only within 14 days.
