Problems with Junk Email
The NDSU employee email and calendaring upgrade is complete. However, NDSU IT staff continue to work with NDUS IT and Microsoft to resolve a problem with email being delivered to your Junk Email folder, which is likely where you are viewing this message. Until this problem is resolved be sure to regularly review your Junk Email folder to ensure you are not missing important email messages. Many of these messages are likely to be from email distribution services such as Listserv.nodak.edu. If you are not actively using safe or block sender lists within your account, you can turn this filtering completely off by following these steps: -Log into your email account at http://portal.microsoftonline.com -Click on “Outlook” -Click on the gear button in the upper right hand corner next to your name and choose “Options” -Click on “block or allow” in the menu on the left hand side of your screen -Choose “Don’t move email to my Junk Email folder” -Click “save” Contact the NDSU IT Help Desk at 231-8685 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions or need assistance.
