Last week, all GroupWise users were successfully migrated to NDSU Outlook, the new campus e-mail and calendaring system.
The IT Division will now begin migration of other NDSU employees to the new system. This process will allow on- and off-campus employees to choose the date they will migrate to NDSU Outlook.
To ensure an orderly migration process, invitations to migrate will be sent out to specific groups of employees based on the IT services they currently receive.
These invitations will start to go out next week, and will include information on the migration process and instructions on choosing a migration date.
The goal is to move all employees to NDSU Outlook by the end of 2010.
