   A backlog of 237,000 e-mail items accumulated over the weekend has been processed and delivered to recipients as of 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 13, 2006.

   Information Technology Services (ITS) reports that during the last two months, NDSU has had a three-fold increase in the amount of spam ITS is processing.

4. Warning about giving out personal information

   Some NDSU employees were contacted recently by someone claiming to be an ITS employee and were asked for their CampusConnection login IDs and passwords.

5. Printing Services Extended to Laptops and Residence Hall Rooms

   Documentation has been developed to enable wireless laptops and computers in residence halls to print to specific computer cluster printers managed by GoPrint.

6. Student Printing Allocation Increased
