Alias E-Mail Account Form

An E-Mail alias is different from a shared account in that, the delegates will receive messages posted to this address via Listserv and will send messages using their own account.

Each alias e-mail Listserv account will be under the management of a single individual. It shall be the responsibility of this individual to:

• Remind the individuals accessing the account of their responsibilities associated with this access prior to granting the access;

• Inform the campus Information Technology Security Officer (ITSO) if he or she becomes aware of any activity associated with the shared account/access that is a violation of law or policy.

• This account cannot be used to collect personally identifiable data, health information, or FERPA related information.
