Office 2013: What's New, What's Not?
Office 2013 is now officially here, and many people wonder about upgrading. Branded as 'The New Office', 2013 is designed to work closely with Windows 8, as well as embrace cloud computing for easy file sharing and "anytime, anywhere access" and accommodate the wide variety of devices people use now. In this class we'll take a look at several of the new features and see what's changed and what's stayed the same. If you're wondering if it's worth the upgrade, this class is for you!

Word

- Live Layout - text reflows around images as they're dragged through a document
- Reply directly to comments in place and see threaded conversations right next to the text
Excel
- Flash Fill - easily reformat, rearrange and extract information from imported data and/or data entered in one column
- Recommended Charts - Excel recommends chart formats that best fit the selected data
PowerPoint
- Presenter View enhancements - use single or dual monitors
- Slide Navigator - visually navigate slides while audience only sees the slide you're presenting
- Slide Zoom - zoom in on a slide to draw attention
- New formatting task panes make object formatting tasks easier
